DESCRIPTION: Pitching or Hitting Individually $100 (4-week session) or $75 (3-week session) per player OR Both Pitching and Hitting $190 (4-week session) or $140 (3-week session) per player
Location: Eagles Performance Center (798 N Bedford ST, East Bridgewater, MA Unit 2)
Daily Plan: Dynamic Warmups, Throwing Progressions, Target Throws, Pitching & Hitting Designed Workouts, T-Work, Soft Toss, Live Batting Practice
